ATP-CGPharm Group is a GxP consultancy with 30 years of experience serving pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Its GxP Digital Solutions division builds AI-driven products that support regulated decision-making and operational workflows. The division is newly established within the broader consultancy and works with top-tier pharma and biotech organisations on applying AI in regulated manufacturing environments. Change Management and Adoption: develop the company's approach to AI adoption in regulated organisations, including stakeholder analysis, training design and adoption measurement; support product rollouts at pharmaceutical client sites through change impact assessments, communication plans and key user networks; prepare and deliver workshops, product demos and training sessions; build and run an internal training programme on the practical use of AI tools, covering rules for handling client-confidential information; maintain supporting materials including playbook, approved prompt sets, onboarding documentation and training records; collect user feedback and feed it into product rollout and improvement. Consulting Support: participate in client workshops and stakeholder interviews alongside a senior consultant; map business processes, capturing current and target states using tools such as Lucid; translate session input into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team; keep project documentation up to date, including status reports, meeting minutes and action trackers. Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in industrial engineering and management, business administration, organisational psychology, pharmaceutical or life sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, regulatory affairs, quality management or a related field. Fluent in both German and English (both required for bilingual client communication). Regular practical use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, with a realistic understanding of their strengths and limitations. Clear and precise writing skills. Comfortable presenting to groups including senior colleagues and clients, and able to explain tools without jargon. Confident with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams). Nice to have: experience in pharma, life sciences or another regulated (GxP) environment; coursework or practical exposure to change management, process mapping or requirements engineering; experience teaching, tutoring or facilitating workshops.
