BLP Digital is a fast-growing Swiss SaaS scaleup spun out of ETH Zurich and HSG, specialising in ERP automation powered by agentic AI. Their platform automates finance, procurement, logistics, sales, and more for over 550 customers across 40+ countries, including Fortune 500 companies, processing 70,000+ automated workflows daily. Backed by Goldman Sachs Alternatives and expanding into the UK, BLP Digital operates at the intersection of enterprise software, business processes, and cutting-edge AI technology. The internship is based onsite in Zurich. Support ERP automation projects from requirements analysis through to go-live. Analyse customer business processes and identify automation opportunities. Assist in designing and configuring tailored solutions aligned with customer workflows. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve technical and process questions. Prepare documentation, implementation materials, and customer insights. Support customer communication and help ensure smooth project execution. Collect customer feedback and help translate it into product and process improvements. Work closely with sales and implementation teams to understand end-to-end customer journeys. Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Interest in technology, AI, SaaS, or enterprise software. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Fluency in English and German is required. Bonus (not required): prior exposure to ERP systems, automation tools, or process modelling. Key traits sought include ownership and initiative, a curiosity and learning mindset, structured thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and genuine customer awareness.
