Their client is an international Private Bank in Zurich seeking a young professional as a Junior Analyst Procurement Risk Processes Private Banking. Improving banking risk processes and supporting the design, development and enhancement of strategic Business Risk Solutions. Sourcing data and ensuring data integrity. Maintenance and daily operation of the business risk environment. Ensuring infrastructure is maintained and enhanced in close coordination with the IT department. Maintaining and developing reporting tools and solutions. Responsibility for documentation. Supporting the sector head with research and project work. Collaborating with other teams in the Risk Management Department. Monitoring systems for Risk Management, Legal and Compliance. Developing risk analysis scenarios. Coordinating special projects and initiatives regarding management and control. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or IT. First experience in risk management or internal/external audit. Leadership experience and know-how in change-the-bank projects. Ability to oversee complexity and work on own initiative with responsibility. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical, conceptual and practical skills. Ability to work under pressure. Discretion and trustworthiness required. Proficiency in German and English.
