Crypto Finance Group, part of Deutsche Börse Group, provides professional digital asset solutions to institutional clients. The team is international and fast-paced, operating at the cutting edge of B2B digital asset solutions with a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture and flat hierarchies. Support the trading desk in daily client trading operations, from order monitoring and trade checks through to post-trade follow-up. Monitor positions, client flows, and market moves during the trading day and flag anything unusual to the traders. Learn about the trading platform and product suite in depth and contribute ideas for improving pricing, execution, and internal workflows. Prepare recurring analyses and reports on trading activity, client flows, venue performance, and market conditions. Support operational account management, including cash, collateral, and reconciliation tasks across venues. Research digital asset market structure, venues, instruments, and trends, and turn findings into short internal briefings. Support the desk in client and counterparty interactions, including preparation of materials and follow-ups. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Legal on operational and strategic initiatives. Contribute to the testing and rollout of platform changes and new trading products. Follow regulatory requirements and internal policies at all times. A recent graduate or currently in the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field. Genuine interest in financial markets, trading and digital assets, ideally backed by academic work, personal experience or a relevant internship. Basic understanding of financial instruments and a clear appetite to learn derivatives and the crypto market structure. Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail. Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Solid working knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Python, SQL, or VBA is an advantage. Full professional proficiency in English, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus. Available to work full-time for a minimum of six months on-site from the Zurich office. Valid permit to work in Switzerland, or eligibility to obtain one (Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship required).
