Dexterous Endoscopes is an EPFL spin-off and fast-growing early-stage medical device startup based in Lausanne, Switzerland. The company is developing next-generation endoscopy solutions and minimally invasive procedure platforms, and is currently preparing its first products for regulatory approval. They offer a high-potential startup environment where team members can have a direct impact on products and grow with the company. Conduct market research on MedTech and endoscopy markets, including TAM, SAM, and key segments. Analyze competitors, products, and positioning in relevant clinical areas. Support pricing analysis, reimbursement landscape, and business model development. Prepare materials for investors and strategic discussions. Work closely with external contract manufacturers and component suppliers. Collaborate with the founding team on go-to-market strategy and commercial planning. Currently enrolled student in Switzerland in finance, business, marketing, or a related field. Fluent in English (C1 level). Strong analytical skills and ability to structure market data clearly. Interest in MedTech and startup environments. Strong Excel skills including data analysis, modeling, and structuring. Comfortable working in a small team with high ownership and direct impact. The role offers hands-on experience in an early-stage medical device startup, working directly with the founding team on market analysis for a next-generation endoscopy platform. The position is hybrid (partially on-site in Lausanne) and provides exposure to the MedTech space including competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and investor materials. Ideal for students interested in combining business and finance skills with a high-growth startup environment.
