Support the Internal Control System for Finance (ICS FIN) by assisting in the implementation of the rotation plan, maintaining an overview of its status, and preparing summaries. Liaise with international locations on ICS FIN control execution, help collect documentation and status updates, and follow up on outstanding actions. Act as a first-line support desk for ICS FIN queries, providing initial guidance and routing complex topics to senior colleagues. Assist in preparing regular and ad hoc ICS FIN reports for senior management and committees, including data collection, consolidation and formatting. Support the Annual Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) by organising the process, gathering stakeholder input, compiling results and documenting conclusions. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of ICS FIN documentation, checklists and processes. Support cross-functional collaboration with finance, risk management, compliance and internal audit teams. Perform ad hoc tasks such as data checks, file organisation, presentations and simple analyses. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and ability to structure and synthesise information. Good command of office tools, in particular spreadsheets and presentations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with Finance, IT and other stakeholders. High attention to detail, reliability and strong organisational skills. Proactive, curious and willing to learn in a project-driven environment. Very good command of English and French (written and spoken). A cover letter must be submitted alongside the CV. A 100% internship starting as soon as possible with a minimum duration of 6 months and a possible extension, based in Geneva within the CFO department. The role provides hands-on experience in internal control frameworks, risk assessment and finance processes within a leading global private banking group.
