Provide comprehensive, real-time application support for various users including Portfolio Managers, Risk, Middle Office, and Trading Assistants. Perform start-of-day checks including monitoring market data feeds, risk reports, and FIX message flows. Collect and analyze user requirements from Trading Assistants, PMs, and Quants, and collaborate with internal tech teams or third-party vendors to design, test, and deploy system enhancements. Support the onboarding of new users and ensure smooth adoption of system functionalities. Coordinate and perform local user testing for new system releases or urgent patches and hotfixes. Master's degree in STEM or Finance. Understanding of Fixed Income products (Swaps, Bonds, Bond Futures and Options) and FX products (Forwards, Swaps, Options). Prior exposure to Trading Assistant, Middle Office, or Systems Support functions is preferred. Familiarity with market data feeds (e.g., Bloomberg) and troubleshooting data connectivity issues. Basic SQL knowledge and experience with job schedulers are advantageous. Prior Bloomberg terminal experience is a plus. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interface with users and technical teams.
