The Group Sustainability team works on ESG reporting, regulatory disclosures, and sustainability governance, aiming to set new standards and drive meaningful change for customers and the organisation alike. The team values trust, performance, and initiative, welcoming fresh ideas and diverse perspectives. Contribute to the Group Sustainability reporting process and regulatory disclosures. Analyse, consolidate, and maintain ESG data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Support sustainability-related projects, including the new double materiality assessment and stakeholder engagement activities. Assist in strengthening ESG governance, controls, and documentation. Prepare presentations, reports, analyses, and management materials on sustainability topics. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Environmental Sciences, or a related field. Strong interest in sustainability reporting and ESG topics. Attention to detail and a structured, accurate way of working. Strong organisational skills and analytical thinking. Advanced Excel skills; experience with data analysis and reporting is an advantage. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German, Italian, Spanish, and/or French is an advantage.
