The Sales Graduate role is part of Leonteq's 12-month Graduate Program, offering early-career professionals the opportunity to develop within a fast-moving, cross-functional financial environment. Support the pricing of structured products. Assist in creating factsheets, brochures, and termsheets for a wide range of products including Capital Guaranteed, Reverse Convertibles, Autocalls, Mini-Futures, and CLNs. Handle order confirmations on the primary and secondary markets. Develop trade ideas using internal pricing tools and Bloomberg. Collaborate closely with teams across the business, including Trading, Structuring, and Mid/Back Office. MBA and/or Master's degree. Strong understanding of financial markets and derivatives; knowledge of structured products is a plus. Previous internship experience in financial markets. Proficiency in MS Office and Bloomberg. Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly. Motivated, curious, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment. Team player attitude. Two intensive one-week off-site training programs designed to accelerate early career development. Upon successful completion of the twelve-month Leonteq Graduate Program, the possibility of a permanent full-time role, setting graduates up for long-term success at Leonteq.
