Its Venture Capital team is based in Pfäffikon, Schwyz, and focuses on Series B+ co-investments alongside top-tier European GPs, fund investments, and buying secondary positions in companies and funds from other GPs and LPs. Deal flow and CRM management for both fund of funds VC investments and startup investments; initial assessment of investment opportunities; ad-hoc tasks including support in building data tools used by the team. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or at the beginning of a Master's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or a similar subject; excellent English writing and communication skills, including personal or professional experience in an English-speaking environment; strong interest in venture capital and financial markets; good organisational skills. No visa sponsorship is available for this role. Flexible student position with approximately 2 working days per week (60–80% pensum), designed to be compatible with ongoing studies. Minimum commitment of 1 year. Home office option of up to 40% of working time after a successful introduction period, plus a home office allowance.
