Richemont is a global luxury group headquartered in Meyrin, Geneva, Switzerland. The Strategic Projects team sits within the CIO Office and plays a central role in driving critical initiatives across the Richemont Group and its Maisons. The team operates in a dynamic, diverse, and international environment, bringing together professionals with varied expertise who collaborate openly and are committed to shared strategic goals. Coordination and Project Planning: actively participate in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects across the Group, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Stakeholder Communication and Management: serve as a key point of contact for project-related communications, interact with stakeholders from various departments, provide regular status updates, manage expectations, and facilitate effective collaboration. Performance and Financial Reporting: contribute to the development and delivery of comprehensive project reports covering financial tracking, performance metrics, and progress tracking; identify key trends and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. Risk Management and Problem Solving: assist in identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and tracking their resolution; address challenges arising during project execution to maintain momentum. Partner Guidance and Facilitation: guide external partners on their roles, responsibilities, and project methodologies; facilitate workshops and meetings to promote effective teamwork and successful execution of project initiatives. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme at a Business or Engineering School. Strong desire to enter the field of Project Management. Open-minded with effective communication skills in English; French is an additional asset. Strong analytical skills with logical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to navigate between conceptual and detailed levels of information. Strong team spirit, proactive attitude, and enthusiasm for new challenges. Comfortable working both in a group and independently in a hybrid environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Good project coordination and problem-solving skills. A financial skills background is an advantage. Available for a 6-month internship starting September 2026. A mandatory internship agreement with the candidate's school or university is required.
