Participants rotate through core commercial areas over 2 to 3 years. In Operations, they develop understanding of end-to-end commodity operations across global trade flows, contract execution, logistics coordination, documentation, settlement processes, and interaction with traders, counterparties, and logistics providers. In Market Intelligence, responsibilities include market analysis, price monitoring, benchmark tracking, supply and demand fundamentals analysis across regions and products, analysis of industry trends, trade flows, and geopolitical developments, and support for commercial strategy and trading ideas. In Risk Management, participants monitor market risk, exposures, and position limits, prepare P&L, position, and risk reports, support risk governance, controls, and compliance processes, analyze risk drivers and their impact on trading performance, and collaborate with traders and commercial teams to promote risk-aware decisions. International relocation to another Tricon office may be required based on business needs and rotation opportunities. Recent or soon-to-be graduates with a degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or other quantitative or commercially focused disciplines. Strong academic performance demonstrating analytical rigour and intellectual curiosity. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Willingness and ability to relocate internationally during the program. Core competencies include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a commercial mindset with genuine interest in global trade and commodity markets, mental agility and resilience in fast-paced environments, sound decision-making under time pressure, clear and professional communication across cultures and functions, high integrity and curiosity, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to take ownership. A structured, multi-year rotational graduate program designed to develop Tricon's next generation of commercial leaders. The program blends on-the-job learning with formal training, mentorship from senior commercial professionals, and ongoing performance feedback. Participants gain immersive exposure to physical commodities trading across trading-adjacent functions, with progression toward trader-facing or commercial roles. The program runs for 2 to 3 years, starting in July, August, or September 2027. International mobility opportunities are an integral part of the program.
