This role sits within UBS Global Wealth Management (GWM), specifically the EEIA (Europe, Emerging Markets, Israel & Africa) Business Management team, based in Zurich, Switzerland. Support market leadership and ensure seamless communication with the sector team. Support sector and market heads in driving business performance, including preparing reports, analyzing data, and following up on action items. Coordinate and track sector-level projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are used efficiently. Manage relationships with Operations, Business Risk, HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other internal functions to resolve issues quickly. Lead or support change initiatives that improve ways of working, both within the sector and in dedicated markets. Currently enrolled as a student at a university or equivalent institution. Ambition and a strong interest in wealth management and finance. Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment. Strong analytical and communication skills are expected based on the nature of the role. Availability for a full off-cycle internship period in Zurich.
