VF Corporation is a global apparel company and home to iconic brands such as The North Face, Vans and Timberland. Its EMEA headquarters is located in Stabio, Switzerland. The VF EMEA Internship Program is a 12-month journey designed to develop and empower emerging talents at the start of their careers, offering structured learning, hands-on experience, skill-building workshops, networking opportunities with peers and senior leadership, and one day of in-store work to gain real brand insights. Support the creation of original graphic concepts, illustrations and seasonal artwork for apparel collections. Contribute to the preparation of production-ready graphics, assisting with artwork execution and tech pack preparation. Assist in the development of Special Make Up graphic projects from concept through final execution. Manage and maintain graphic libraries, ensuring artwork, logos, trims and references remain organised and accessible. Support the creation of presentation decks, mock-ups and visual storytelling materials for internal reviews and key milestones. Conduct seasonal trend research, colour exploration and inspiration gathering to support the creative development process. Candidates must be graduating after November 1st, 2026, or hold student status as of February 1st, 2027. EU or EEA citizenship is required. The role requires expertise in Adobe Illustrator, a strong understanding of graphic design principles (typography, composition, colour), the ability to create and adapt artwork across different product categories and visual styles, and the capability to translate creative concepts into well-executed visual solutions. A keen interest in apparel, fashion and graphic trends is expected, along with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English (written and verbal).
