The EMEA Asset Protection Team is responsible for protecting people, goods and buildings across countries, business units and operations throughout the EMEA region. VF's 12-month internship programme is designed to develop emerging talent through structured learning, hands-on project work and networking opportunities across functions and brands. Review the completeness and consistency of Security and Health and Safety checklists and control lists for Retail, Distribution Centre and Office Services units, supporting the team in identifying missing information or discrepancies. Provide administrative support for audit planning activities, including monitoring timelines, collecting and sharing documentation, and helping ensure compliance with agreed deadlines. Review audit checklists and assist with uploading, organising and maintaining historical checklists within the relevant tools. Support data analysis and data quality activities by helping maintain, consolidate and validate information related to incidents and relevant projects. Support the preparation and update of presentations, reports and project documentation. Support the assessment and preparation activities related to the TAPA certification process. Map and monitor ongoing processes and projects. Prepare presentations, reports and updates for leadership teams. Track actions and support project follow-up activities. Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress in Security Management, Health and Safety or a related field. Strong interest in security, risk management, health and safety, compliance or audit-related activities. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable working with data and documentation in a structured and accurate manner. Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. High level of confidentiality and integrity. Must be graduating after November 1st, 2026, or hold student status as of February 1st, 2027. Must hold EU or EEA citizenship. 12-month full-time internship with a gross monthly salary of 1,850 CHF based at VF EMEA Headquarters in Stabio, Switzerland.
