VisilabGroup, part of the globally operating company EssilorLuxottica, is the No. 1 optician in Switzerland with the brands Visilab, Kochoptik, McOptic, and Linsenmax, and 170 stores. The Finance & Controlling department is based in Meyrin, Geneva, and works closely with the EssilorLuxottica Group Corporate Finance team to align local and corporate reporting standards. Collaborate with different departments of VisilabGroup with a strong focus on sales analysis and performance monitoring. Support the tracking of daily, weekly and monthly sales performance, contributing to forecasting activities and the annual budgeting process. Work closely with the EssilorLuxottica Group Corporate Finance team to ensure alignment between local and corporate reporting standards. Prepare accurate, clear and data-driven analyses to support business decisions. Contribute to the preparation of monthly reviews for EssilorLuxottica Group, ensuring reliable and timely reporting. Support FP&A activities through management of financial systems and reconciliation of Profit & Loss accounts. Support data upload activities related to forecasting and budgeting processes. Take an active role in improving reporting processes and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and quality of analysis. Support the maintenance and improvement of reporting tools and processes, with a focus on automation. Use technology and digital tools to research solutions and resolve day-to-day issues independently. Current student status with a valid tripartite internship agreement (Student – School/University – Employer). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a strict requirement (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting tools). Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a rigorous approach to financial controls. Strong problem-solving attitude with the ability to research and identify solutions independently. Strong curiosity and appetite for technology with a willingness to learn new tools. Hands-on and resourceful approach, highly committed and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player with a positive attitude and resilience. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. English: professional conversational level required. French: good level required. German: basic knowledge is a plus. Experience with Power BI, Python or Power Automate is a strong plus. Availability for a 6-month internship starting as soon as possible. A 6-month, 100% internship in a dynamic and innovative retail/finance environment.
