Located in Zurich, the company operates in a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and impact across multiple service lines. Advise banks, insurance companies and financial services providers on development of risk strategies and control systems, and quantitative/qualitative management of various risk types. Support optimization and redesign of processes and advise on ESG topics. Analyze regulatory requirements with focus on sustainable finance, financial crime and digitalization. Shape transformation of clients through development and optimization of bank management and reporting processes. Contribute to design of investment strategies and strategic asset allocations. Work in teams to develop innovative solutions and potentially write articles and studies. Bachelor's degree in business, economics (business studies, political economics, business administration) or natural sciences (mathematics, physics). First experience through internship, consulting role, work in finance and insurance industry, or apprenticeship/integrated-degree program in banking and insurance. Excellent German language skills (C1 level, business-fluent proficiency). Good English language skills (B2 level, fluent). Strong analytical and communication skills with enthusiasm for solving complex problems. Position in a consulting firm with hybrid work arrangement.
