Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, and decision-ready insights to support future investment and business development decisions. Prioritize opportunity spaces based on market attractiveness, strategic fit, scalability, and potential value for Bühler. Master's student or recent graduate in Management & Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Innovation, Business Administration, Food Science, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. Genuine curiosity for innovation, sustainability, future food systems, and emerging technologies. Ability to translate complex topics into clear insights and actionable recommendations through structured thinking. Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, exploratory environment with limited predefined structure. Confident communicator with both technical experts and business stakeholders. Enjoys conducting interviews, building networks, and engaging with external partners. Previous experience in strategy, consulting, innovation management, market analysis, entrepreneurship, venture building, or technology scouting is a strong advantage. A 12-month internship based in the Grains & Food CEO Office in Uzwil, with direct reporting to the Strategy Responsible and close collaboration with Business Area leaders and C-level management.
