Constanter is one of Europe's largest independent philanthropic organizations, founded and fully supported by the Brenninkmeijer family-business owners. It serves as an umbrella organization for foundations including Porticus and Laudes. The Constanter Investment Office manages the foundation's endowment with the goal of supporting philanthropic giving in perpetuity. The office invests across public, private and real assets using a Total Portfolio approach aimed at producing superior risk-adjusted returns, with a long-term orientation and strong emphasis on sustainability and ESG responsibilities. Based in Zug, Switzerland, the team is collaborative, high-performing, and dynamic. Support the Real Assets team, which invests globally across real estate, infrastructure and natural resources. Assist in the evolution, development and implementation of the real asset investment strategy. Manage, monitor and report on existing investments to key stakeholders. Support sourcing, analysis and evaluation of real asset investment opportunities across pooled funds, co-investments, separate accounts and public markets. Attend manager meetings and asset tours where necessary. Support buy/hold/sell analysis for existing assets. Assist with asset management and diligence initiatives, cash flow modelling, reviewing key fundamentals, and tracking operating and market measures. Maintain and update the Real Asset pipeline tracking. Review market research and pricing within real estate, infrastructure and natural resources. Build and maintain market pricing trackers, benchmarking analysis tools, and relative value measurement tools. Develop underwriting skills across direct, co-investment, and fund opportunities. Support investment due diligence on new investment proposals and initial screening of viable opportunities. Work with Responsible Investment colleagues to track and monitor the impact of Real Asset investments. Draft and produce investment reporting across the real asset portfolio. Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in Economics or a Finance-related field. A maximum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Previous working experience in the financial industry (e.g. internships at an investment bank or asset manager) is ideal. Strong Excel skills including the ability to interrogate financial models are essential. Python skills and familiarity with Notion are an added advantage. Fluency in English is required. Must have visa/full working rights and be based in Switzerland. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, an enthusiastic and hands-on approach, able to collaborate across teams and functions in a multinational setting, and keen to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Good data handling proficiency is expected. Full-time entry-level position based in Zug, Switzerland (hybrid). Competitive salary and bonus incentive.
