Assist in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a large client database to ensure accuracy and completeness using CRM tools such as Salesforce, spreadsheets, and PowerBI. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract client data from the CRM database for analysis and reporting. Cross-reference and consolidate multiple data sources to build CRM reports and support transversal analyses. Support the analysis and interpretation of client data to identify business trends, patterns, and insights informing commercial strategies. Contribute to the creation of CRM reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams, including quality assurance checks. Work directly with HQ and market CRM/retail teams to support CRM and client data needs. Participate in establishing and maintaining data quality standards and addressing data quality issues. Learn and adhere to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and internal policies for the secure and ethical handling of sensitive client information. Assist in documenting data processes and CRM methodologies. Support ad-hoc transversal and retail projects as needed. Bachelor's or master's degree in progress or completed. Hybrid profile combining business understanding with technical skills. SQL query skills are a plus. Basic retail experience and familiarity with CRM tools and technologies. Strong interest in client data, data management, and data privacy. Knowledge of the luxury industry is an advantage. Fluency in English is required; multilingual skills are a strong plus. Proactive, organized, result-driven, and adaptable to change. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
