Illuseum AG operates WOW, Zurich's first interactive museum, located in the heart of the city near the Limmat and Lindenhof. The museum welcomes over 100,000 guests per year and is dedicated to giving visitors a fresh perspective on the world through immersive, creative experiences. Implement and shape marketing and content strategies across social media platforms. Plan and execute creative ideas for engaging content production. Support daily museum operations including the City Rally. Assist in the shop, HR and finance departments. Handle admin tasks within the museum's daily routine and the City Rally. Contribute ideas and participate in projects such as developing new tools, museum guides, events and smart processes. Communicate with guests clearly and in a friendly manner in German and English. Occasionally assist at the cash desk, with supervision and tours. Help co-manage the shop and address minor technical issues. Create genuine WOW moments for guests. Marketing education or relevant social media experience is required. Creative mindset with a flair for social media and content creation. Fluent German (native or business fluent) and good English communication skills. Enthusiasm for museum life and hands-on operations. Positive attitude, humour and zest for life. Structured thinking combined with creativity. Sense of responsibility and team spirit. Confident use of MS Office and AI tools; knowledge of Canva, Notion, Mailchimp, Meta, Adobe or Illustrator is an advantage. Ability to think ahead and work precisely.
