About
Implement Consulting Group is an international management consulting firm with more than 1,800 employees and an annual growth rate of around 20%. Headquartered in Copenhagen, the firm has offices across the Nordics, the DACH region, and the US. It helps leading organisations succeed with their most critical change initiatives by unlocking human and business potential. The Zurich office is part of a global network and hosts the Commercial Strategy & Transformation practice, which focuses on growth and go-to-market strategies, monetisation and pricing, digital customer engagement, sales excellence, and commercial capability building.
Contributing to real client projects from day one alongside experienced consultants and partners. Creating content for client workshops and management presentations. Preparing, facilitating, and documenting workshops. Conducting quantitative analyses and market research. Supporting customer interviews and qualitative research. Actively participating in client-facing meetings and project workstreams. As the role develops, taking on greater responsibility and ownership, and contributing to internal initiatives such as business development, recruitment, and culture-building activities.
Active enrolment in a Master's programme (business, economics, engineering, or a related field) for the duration of the role. Candidates should be dedicated, proactive, and eager to learn, comfortable working both independently and in a team, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluency in German and English is required; French is a plus. Curiosity, empathy, and the willingness to challenge assumptions constructively are valued, as is a genuine interest in people and relationship-building. An interest in digital trends such as digitalisation, AI, and emerging technologies is a bonus.
A part-time role typically around 40–60%, flexible depending on project needs and the candidate's study schedule. Meaningful client exposure and responsibility from an early stage. A steep learning curve through hands-on project work and close collaboration with experienced colleagues. Personal support through an assigned personal leader and a buddy. A culture characterised by trust, freedom with responsibility, and strong collaboration. Access to a vibrant Zurich office and a global Implement network. Respect for exam periods and academic priorities to allow successful combination of studies and consulting work.
