Prepare, update, and maintain monthly, forecast, and budget FP&A report packs across IATA Settlement Services, P&S, and Divisional reporting. Perform data validation and transformation to ensure integrity, completeness, and accuracy across all datasets and reporting outputs. Support the development, updates, and continuous improvement of FP&A reports and dashboards to enhance usability and analytical value. Enhance existing reporting processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and increase data reliability. Develop and maintain standardised Excel templates used for recurring reporting cycles and financial submissions, ensuring they are user-friendly, consistent, and aligned with FP&A reporting standards. Contribute to ad-hoc projects, financial analyses, and process-improvement initiatives. Support FP&A business partners on analysis and reporting, and assist the FP&A team on emerging priorities. Recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (within 12 months of graduation). Prior experience in Finance, Auditing, or Financial Analysis is desirable. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data modelling and presentations. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, or Python is highly desirable. A 6-month internship within IATA's Corporate Services division in Geneva. Access to over 30,000 courses supporting continuous professional learning and growth.
