The Swiss Onshore team in Geneva is looking for a motivated intern to join for a fixed-term period of 6 months. Provide administrative and operational support in opening banking relationships, including handling Legal & Compliance matters. Assist with general client maintenance such as responding to client requests, day-to-day client administration, receiving and processing payment and trading orders, preparing documentation for client meetings, and monitoring task progress. Prepare PowerPoint proposals and assist with Excel portfolio reporting and modelling. Ensure close cooperation with internal departments including Investment, Legal & Compliance, Credit, Payments, and Securities Administration. Collaborate on marketing activities including maintaining prospect lists, writing marketing letters, and organising meetings and business trips. Coordinate internal and external meetings with clients and prospects. Assist with client servicing and prospecting in French and English, and participate in client calls alongside the Client Advisor and Investment Department. Commercial degree, bank apprenticeship or similar qualification. Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint. Fluency in French and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in the MS 365 environment including Copilot, MS Planner, SharePoint, and MS Loop. A prior internship in the financial industry is considered a plus. Knowledge of and interest in financial markets and private banking. Proactive attitude with initiative, attention to detail, reliability, flexibility, commitment, and responsibility. Discreet attitude with strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Flexible, can-do mindset. A 6-month fixed-term internship within the Swiss Onshore Private Banking team at Rothschild & Co's Geneva office. The role offers hands-on exposure to private banking operations, client servicing, and financial markets. Interns will work closely with experienced Client Advisors and cross-functional departments in a prestigious, globally recognised financial institution committed to an inclusive and supportive working environment.
