The internship is based at the Risch-Rotkreuz, Zug location and sits within the Commercial & Supply Performance team. Maintain sales force and performance tools such as Power BI Dashboards, Power BI Databases, automated data extraction tools, and targeting systems, as well as supply and demand planning systems. Support market, sales force, and business performance analyses to generate actionable insights. Contribute to revenue management initiatives through customer and performance analysis. Support the development of tools and solutions to enhance sales force effectiveness in the field. Develop data visualization tools and dashboards to support the back-office team for decision-making. Support BU targeting activities through data analysis and business insights. Support the Demand and Supply Manager with forecasting, demand planning system maintenance, reporting, and operational activities. Identify improvement opportunities and provide insights to optimize ways of working. Master's degree in business studies, business analytics, or equivalent with a focus on data analysis. Willingness to work in business analytics and data analytics. Analytical thinking and capability to manage complex and system data. Ability to learn and adapt quickly. General understanding of ERP, CRM, and Data Warehouse systems (e.g. Snowflake); knowledge of Python and Power Automate is considered a plus. Strong team spirit, persuasiveness, and ability to interact with different functions. Fluent in English; French and/or German is a plus.
