Engage with clients to identify decision makers and qualify their needs. Develop deep understanding of Swibeco's product suite and communicate value to key stakeholders. Manage the full sales cycle for small-business clients. Generate new opportunities for the Senior Sales team. Reach out to prospective clients via email, calls, and give product demos via Teams or in person. Participate and assist in events. Cultivate strong relationships with clients from first contact until closing the deal. Conduct research on target markets to identify potential clients and suitable strategies. Support the Client Success Team with onboarding of newly won clients. Maintain sales and activity data within the CRM software. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or need an internship to conclude studies. Excellent communication skills. Results-driven and sales-oriented with strong focus on numbers. Confident in making cold calls. Self-driven, reliable, and driven to succeed. Strong ability to work with various stakeholders and communicate effectively. Critical thinker and quick learner with excellent attention to detail. Native/bilingual or full professional proficiency in French and English. German is a plus. Six-month internship with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role in the Commercial team based on performance and skills.
