The Aviation Security Operations & Compliance (AVSEC) team is a small, dynamic unit responsible for managing risks, threats, and compliance within aviation security. Coordination of tasks and projects within the AVSEC team. Assistance with the preparation and organisation of IOSA audits. Support of team members with administrative tasks. Contributing fresh perspectives and ideas to help the team move forward. Taking responsibility from day one in a dynamic, international environment. HF diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's student or graduate (HF diploma and Bachelor's students must have completed at least three semesters). Very good spoken and written English and German skills. Very good MS Office skills. Self-driven and motivated personality with an affinity for airline operations. Compliance mindset and strong computer skills. Team player. Note: a 100% workload is preferred by the employer, though the position is advertised at 60–80%. Limited internship of 8 to 11 months at 60–80% pensum. Salary of CHF 2,500 gross per month for Bachelor/HF diploma students or graduates, or CHF 3,000 gross per month for Master students or graduates.
