The SWISS Financial Accounting Team is an active part of the Lufthansa Group's Finance Community, working to drive excellence, innovation and compliance while ensuring smooth operations in Global Financial Accounting. Support the Financial Accounting teams and gain hands-on experience in international finance topics as well as month-end and year-end closing activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, particularly in General Ledger Accounting and Finance International topics covering approximately 40 stations worldwide. Engage in various cross-functional projects to drive process improvements. Support dedicated month-end and year-end closing activities. Perform fuel accounting processes. Analyze and visualize financial data to support decision-making. HF diploma, Bachelor's or Master's students or graduates in business administration or a related field (HF diploma and Bachelor's students must have completed at least three semesters). Independent working style with a passion for accounting and a willingness to design and enhance processes. Structured, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to drive and develop topics proactively. Reliable working ethic with a hands-on mentality. Process-oriented thinking and an open-minded personality suited to cross-functional teamwork. Positive attitude toward working with people from different cultures. Very good spoken and written English and German skills. 100% workload preferred.
