The Financial Accounting Services team is at the heart of SWISS' finance transformation, working on digitalization, process excellence and innovative solutions that create value for a global community. Support strategic finance transformation initiatives from concept design to successful implementation. Analyze, optimize and standardize end-to-end accounting processes to increase efficiency, automation and compliance. Collaborate with business, IT and other stakeholders to develop innovative, user-centric solutions for the global finance community. Leverage digital technologies and process analytics to identify improvement opportunities and enhance the user experience. Shape the future of SWISS' financial accounting landscape by challenging the status quo, driving innovation and contributing to continuous improvement. Bachelor's or Master's degree, or HF Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in business administration or a similar field. Initial practical experience in finance, project management, process management or digital transformation is an advantage. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Proactive, independent and solution-oriented mindset. Interest in process optimization, digital technologies and innovation. Very good written and spoken English; German is an advantage. 100% workload preferred. A steep learning curve in an exciting, dynamic and international aviation environment.
