Within Europe, the Corporate Affairs division plays a strategic role in strengthening TCS's relationships with governments, public institutions, EU bodies, and key societal stakeholders. The division contributes to policy dialogues, promotes responsible business practices, and supports initiatives advancing a resilient, innovative, and inclusive digital future for Europe. This internship provides exposure to EU and national policy processes, multi-country stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration across the business. 1. Business Enablement: Help manage and respond to internal regulatory deep dive requests. Support TCS associates in client conversations. Create and manage a regulatory repository on SharePoint, including slides and briefing notes, and distribute a regular newsletter. Monitor selected regulatory files and coordinate internal meetings on new policy positions with subject matter experts. 2. Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder trackers and databases for public sector stakeholders. Support meeting briefings and create background profiles. Support outreach processes and monitor topics and agendas of key stakeholders. 3. Thought Leadership: Help coordinate content assets created in collaboration with the business. 4. Partnerships: Track actions agreed with partners. Support nomination and follow-up of speakers for events including the TCS Policy Summit. Coordinate TCS events with internal business, marketing, and communications teams. Help manage TCS memberships. 5. Europe-India: Help coordinate TCS's presence and support briefings related to the TTC, EU-India FTA, and EFTA. 6. General: Support weekly and quarterly reporting and provide logistical and administrative support as needed. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Political Science, International Relations, European Affairs, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience through academic work or internships in policy, public affairs, communications, or regulatory affairs. Solid understanding of EU institutions and EU-level policymaking processes, national and regional public institutions, semi-government agencies, and public-sector governance structures. Familiarity with industry bodies, business associations, and policy platforms relevant to digital, economic, or sectoral policy. Knowledge of digital policy at both EU and local levels, including local digital transformation programmes, public-sector digitalisation initiatives, and national strategies.
