This role sits within Group Internal Consulting, specifically the Predictive and Behavioral Analytics team, which applies data science and machine learning techniques to drive improvements and deliver actionable insights across the firm's business divisions and group functions. Propose ideas for business improvements and bring them to life through actionable solutions. Problem-solve across transformation and integration projects. Present insights internally by transforming complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations. Write code in Python and build solutions using common data science libraries and frameworks. Understand and apply ML algorithms and learning techniques. Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and risks. Develop business acumen and a consulting skillset to advise internal clients across the firm. Build and maintain strong relationships within the Solutions team, Group Functions, and Business Divisions. Currently enrolled as a student. Strong interest in financial services and attention to detail. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with common data science libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and spaCy. Understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g. XGBoost, Neural Networks) and learning techniques (e.g. supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning). Analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex information into clear recommendations. Interest in consulting and developing business acumen.
