Preparing and analysing the monthly Sales Action & Promotion Report for Thermomix markets, providing insights to support management decision-making. Supporting international competition reporting for Thermomix and Kobold in close collaboration with the Event team. Coordinating with local Finance teams across more than 20 countries to collect, consolidate, validate and update monthly financial data. Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of local fixed-cost planning files. Ensuring high data quality and contributing to reliable and transparent financial reporting. Currently pursuing or close to completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. A focus on Finance or Controlling is a plus. Fluent in English with confidence communicating in an international environment. Good Excel skills and enjoyment working with data, figures and analyses. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across different countries and functions. People-oriented, collaborative team player who builds relationships easily. Structured, reliable and detail-oriented with a sense of ownership.
