Conducting real estate valuations and profitability analyses. Supporting real estate project developments and architectural competitions. Preparing location, market, and property analyses. Performing research, on-site property assessments, and developing strategic concepts. Assisting the team with project administration and coordination, as well as the preparation of reports and presentations.
A completed bachelor's degree and/or currently enrolled in a master's program in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline. Interest in economic issues, urban/project development, and sustainability topics. Strategic and creative thinker with a flair for numbers and data. Digital affinity and strong proficiency in MS Office, complemented by excellent communication skills. French native speaker with business-fluent English (spoken and written); German skills are a plus.
